No If’s

Image result for no excuses

If your mind says “no”, declare “yes!” and charge.

If life is too serious, challenge it with your smile.

If you live a small life, stretch it with big dreams.

When love hurts too much, open your embrace to live on..

If your marriage is not what it was, make your spouse your meditation..

If you are not famous at the work you love, gaze inward and unleash your Soul.

If sadness has drowned your passion, live one last week of passion!

If age is catching up, walk fast and straight toward the horizon.

If you hardly have a body left, let your mind penetrate the planet.

One Heart Beating

Image result for one heart beating

As long as you are alive, two more footsteps mark this earth.

As long as you are alive, one more heartbeat echoes in ether.

As long as you are alive, a fresh mind with two eyes looks on..

As long as you are alive, your presence approaches–like it or not.

As long as you are live, your voice is heard–audible or in silence.

As long as you are alive, someone’s heart beats faster when you smile.

As long as you are alive, a child might wonder, “will you be there for me?”

As long as you are alive, a parent smiles, thinking,

Look what I created!”

Kiss your Life

Image result for cat and a fish in a bowl

To have heaven while you are alive and live it as you breathe, demands that you know what your heaven is…

In the depths of your heart, there is a dream that won’t go away; it is like an instinct, a tug that you mistrust on bad days. When cloudy with despair, the dream seems so far away that you lay down and fancy it, the way you used to fancy kissing that girl in school.

But one day, sick and tired of being sick and tired, you stole a kiss anyway and you didn’t die, did you?

When you first kiss your Vision, the world explodes and you catch on fire and for the first time you want to shout over every rooftop–Hey, it really is true that eyes can laugh!

Bindu

Image result for center of your being

Space is Infinite and no one has found any walls. Yet without your body the Cosmos is meaningless; for the Universe to exist, you need a center, a home to travel from and come back to.

Your Being is Home. Your home is your center; this is where your Truth lies. You might not have known that you even had a Truth until life-challenges put you up to the test..

Your mind is clear at home; while lost crowds worship Iphones. Home is home, and all makes sense

Right Here..

Your power and ingenuity arise from within; you cook up an exclusive formula and broadcast it outward.

The more heat you generate on the inside, the more space you will occupy in the world.

I know who I am and who I have always been

Though for years, I may not have noticed..

When I am That, nature withholds no Grace

When you are simply you, you shine like a handsome one

Surefooted without stomping on anyone

your words stand strong at low volume

Just come home

The rest is not up to you!

Time

www.joyoflifeorganization.com

Time is not real; it never existed and never will.Time past, is gone forever because it wasn’t there to begin with!

You will find a Great Void in the space between two thoughts and the pause between two breaths; in that Void of Silence, time vanishes.

Only your inner-state is real; when you are joyful time passes quickly and when in pain, time slows down.

Think about your own life-span, although you are now an adult, you might remember so much of your past vividly, as if the space of time between then and now were an illusion.

Line up four of your pictures from the time you were four, fourteen, twenty four, and now. Look into those eyes and you will find the same Soul.

When a handsome ladies’ man turns old, his eyes and mind remain young, as if nothing has changed; it is only the appearance of his aging body that no longer fits his routine!

Time is elastic, meaning that you can either fit a few chores into an hour or stuff dozens of chores into the same time-slot. On days that you only have a couple of things to do, you might consume your entire day with just a couple of chores. On pressured days that are packed with critical tasks, you wind up accomplishing everything within the same space of time.

What we call a lifetime is an album of recollections—moments of love, courage and faith, events, challenges, rags to riches, etc.. It is only when we paste these mental images together, that we come up with a continuum of time.

Meanwhile, everything in life has its own time. Life is made up of cycles that begin and end like the ebb and flow of the sea. These life-cycles are organized by the wisdom of Natural Law rather than the movement of the minute-hand on the face of a clock.

A life well spent is the best, most peaceful, loving and enjoyable life in between the time we are born and the time we die.

Momentum

Kambiz Naficy

To succeed you must know why you want to succeed. The WHY has to do with your own uniqueness and your unique purpose.

Think about every bold step that you’ve ever taken–the question is why? Find out what emotional state you have been seeking all along; what moves you beyond your maximum tolerance? What inner-state have you been seeking all your life? What does your imagined heaven look like in terms of a contented life?

Once you gain faith in your purpose, everyone who lays eyes on you will also gain faith in who you are. That is how momentum builds in your life.

When you awaken and go to sleep with the clear picture of achieving the life you deserve, you will tap into huge amounts of hidden potential. That potential is the Power of Spirit and your Spirit is a thousand fold greater than your self. Each time you tap into Spirit’s hidden potential, huge reserves of energy pour out and  you will gain even greater momentum.

Proceed day by day, step by step. Flow like a stream through your workday, taking your foot off the brakes of resistance and fear–just imagine flowing into each task with each breath that you take.

Know that steady repetition is the key; find out why you are here, then wake up each day and do it again and again, better and better each time.

At the beginning, the wheels of progress are hesitant to turn, but each new day that you pursue a life of contentment, you will gain more momentum.

There is something stuck in everyone’s heart and in their throats. What would you shout if you could? What would you say and to whom?

When was your last dance? Do you every sing and cook even though you can’t sing and cook?

What about wearing a tomato red dress? Have you ever ridden a motorcycle with the wind in your hair? Could you offer free hugs in public?

Can you write down your dreams without crossing anything out? Who do you want to call before it is too late?

Is there a place that want to see once more?

Then again we could stop all this questioning.

One last question though–if you had one week to live how would you free yourself?

Look at your picture when you were eighteen

Now look at your sixty-one-year-old wrinkles

Which one are you?

Look at the bills in your pocket book

Now look at the deed to your home

Which one are you?

Look at your mother

Now look at your father

Which one are you?

When your last day is done,

Look at your crib

Then look at your tombstone

Which one are you?

If your answer is “none of the above”

Perhaps you have understood.

Much Love

Just Next to You

Image

Hello My Friend;

What makes life a chore, a bore, is a life devoid of variety and freshness. Step outside of your mindframe; it isn’t that the moment is stale; no, every nano-second is dripping with freshness like morning dew.

You ought to know that standing just next to you is the Other You that you haven’t gotten to know yet. The Other one will have kissed the girl that you did not dare; the other one began medical school at the age of forty two; the other one befriended cancer and defeated the pest; the other you dropped out of engineering school and became the Chinese pianist. All of this, the Other You would have done if only you had known that standing just next to you is the undiscovered Self.

You see your neighbor sees your neighborhood differently than you do; your own son sees life differently than you do. Who is right then–you or your son? Well, everyone is right because what one sees is the only reality that one sees.

The enlightened one is driving in the street right now . Behind the steering wheel he recites the mantra–there must be another reality just as I am driving through my own. There must be thousands of realities and each one that I believe will take me sailing like a small boat in an infinite ocean.

Bon Voyage!

Hello My Friend;

Your self-concept impacts your self-confidence, how you carry your body, the mate that you choose, how much money you make, the risks that you take, and how fully you live your life.

Your self-concept is the mental image that you hold of yourself and it is just a thought. It has nothing to do with reality of your undiscovered self (who you truly are).

That mental image is only based on what you have experienced so far, not all of what you are capable of becoming.

To explain what I am saying, let’s say twelve months from now, you are to travel from Ohio to the Himalayas, but have not done so today. Then presently you have no idea that you have the capacity and courage to travel from Ohio to the Himalayas. Therefore your self-concept in terms of your sense of courage and adventurism is not a reflection of your true, hidden potential.

The second problem with your self-concept is that your mental self-concepts are based on personal interpretations and wrong conclusions that you came up with when you faced difficult situations in the past. For example, many grown-up children of divorced parents actually interpreted the divorce as proof of their own worthlessness. The mental rhetoric goes something like this,

If I were worth anything at all, Dad would not have left me and mom to go have a daughter with another woman.

People who take massive leaps of transformation, must go through three steps:

1.      They must first realize and truly believe that they possess undiscovered potentials within that have not yet been unveiled.

 2.      Having come to that realization, they must then risk and step out into the unknown, and demonstrate spiritual certainty through daily acts of faith and courage. Of course, no one would dare take a leap of fate unless they believed that they would survive it and live to enjoy the rewards.

 3.      Having taken the leap of fate, and having risked the Great Unknown, they must show up on “Harvest Day” and collect their rewards for courage, faith, and defying fear.

Many people with a low sense of self-worth go through the first two steps but sabotage themselves by never showing up to reap the rewards of a life’s work.

Make a vow today to dig deeper, to explore and test your unrealized potential.

That is the path to greatness.
