Presence

There is wise and awake Presence hovering over your life right now. That Presence is of Pure Consciousness–silent, simple, brave, loving and centered; always in touch with all of your creative potential.

That Presence is your Soul.

For some years you might have thought that you were a personality with a name and a body. Some years later, you suspected that you were a personality with a name and a body being enlivened and protected by a Soul. Finally, it might dawn upon you that you are pure Spirit flowing through the hollow bamboo of this body.

Your body is born, renews all of its cells every year and a half, and finally it dies. Your thoughts fade into nothingness every few seconds; your emotions and moods born of fickle thoughts also move along like clouds once blocking the sun. So if your body, thoughts, and emotions are impermanent, what is real about you?

The Witness is.

The Great Witness is the One who watches your thoughts and emotions instead of believing each of them. The Soul witnesses your physical life like a puppeteer delights over his puppet’s dance.

The real Actor on stage is the Soul; your soul will play its part perfectly in the drama of life, yet Soul has altitude over the daily going-ons. The Actor is detached from the play itself. This is pure joy!

Your Soul as a wise sage is always available to provide any answer that you seek.

Let us access Soul-Power right now! Simply think of a question and having posed that question, close your eyes, breathe as if you are breathing up your spine, then hold the inhalation between your eyebrows while silently changing “Ham” during the entire inhalation. After a long pause in between your eyebrows, release your breath, staying focused on the exhalation existing your nostrils.

Do the exhalation while silently chanting the word “Sa”.  Allow “Sa” to fade and disintegrate into space and when you come to the very end of your exhalation, pause in silence. In that dead silence at the end of “Sa”, you will immediately have the answer to your question—the first image, word, or hunch that comes is the answer from your Soul.

Talk to that Great Presence all day. You will feel safe and centered for as long as you befriend your Spirit.

Spirit was never born and Spirit never dies–this is the eternal part of you; this is who you really are.

There is something stuck in everyone’s heart and in their throats. What would you shout if you could? What would you say and to whom?

When was your last dance? Do you every sing and cook even though you can’t sing and cook?

What about wearing a tomato red dress? Have you ever ridden a motorcycle with the wind in your hair? Could you offer free hugs in public?

Can you write down your dreams without crossing anything out? Who do you want to call before it is too late?

Is there a place that want to see once more?

Then again we could stop all this questioning.

One last question though–if you had one week to live how would you free yourself?

Flow

One day you will laugh at the simple ease of life when you find out that you are and have always been the darling of this Universe.

There has never been anything incomplete about you and the child that you once were, was simply glorious no matter how the adults treated you.

You will know that the talents you possessed early on were your unique gifts; that none other can quite match your uniqueness. This is because the Creator never repeats Herself.

How could She? if you had the creativity and splendor of The Creator, would you ever run out of creativity and repeat yourself twice? That is impossible so you are unique. Besides, you are not really you; you are the God Force celebrating Her own Glory as you!

One day you will find that nothing in nature struggles, not even sea gulls fight the wind. You will come to know that the Universe has been silently and patiently waiting for you to stop struggling and to rest and trust in yourself–no envy, no jealousy, no fear, no competition.

You would never have any competition if you just trusted yourself to be, to flow and to express, to like who you really are, and with all of that, to love and honor all others for their uniqueness.

This is the way that the Universe understands and rewards.

One day you will laugh in bliss when you find out that the Mother of all mothers adores you unconditionally for simply being and flowing with the natural Essence that is you.

You will laugh knowing that simple Being, trustfully flowing with each day, is the road to the highest abundance.

Am I this or THAT?

Look at your picture when you were eighteen

Now look at your sixty-one-year-old wrinkles

Which one are you?

Look at the bills in your pocket book

Now look at the deed to your home

Which one are you?

Look at your mother

Now look at your father

Which one are you?

When your last day is done,

Look at your crib

Then look at your tombstone

Which one are you?

If your answer is “none of the above”

Perhaps you have understood.

Epicenter

Dear Friend;

You have a center; it is the center of your mind and consciousness. This  is your sanctuary and whatever happens on the outside remains at the periphery of this center so that nothing stirs your deep running waters.

Let a prayer like AUM vibrate and pulsate at this epicenter, in between your eyebrows. This way when you conduct your daily activities, the core of you will rest in its inner-sanctuary. Imagine Being in this world but not of it!

You must find an activity that:

Makes the passage of time disappear

Eliminates all fears and worries

Places you intensely in the moment

Brings out your better self

Creates joy regardless of external circumstances

This activity is called your Dharma in the Sanskrit language. Your Dharma is your life-calling; it is an activity that incites your passion and blends in with your nature. This way of life is who you really are.

What are you passionate about?

Find your center and let everything else remain on the periphery.

Many Blessings
