Relax

Relax

There are times when you are working so hard to make things right but all the doors are shut tight. Ask yourself, what is the difference between weeks during which everything goes smoothly versus weeks in which everything is stuck?

The real answer can be summarized in the word resistance. Our inner-resistance drives away the grace of nature’s Creative Forces. When we are stressed, fearful, anxious, and tired, our muscles and brain contract and our energy field falls out of harmony with that of the God Force.

Good luck perishes when your energy-field is out of harmony with nature’s pulse.

Let us say that you have been doing the same thing in the same fashion for years and years; in other words, you have become conditioned by a habitual pattern that used to work but no longer serves you. To take a big leap and truly improve your life, you must sit back, relax, breathe deep, take a trip, let your hair down, watch some funny movies, and dance.

When you breathe easy and ease back under your own skin, you come to love and appreciate yourself once more, without judgment. That feels much better than beating your head against a wall, trying too hard to make the old approach work.

When you take time to retreat, a natural, inborn wisdom rises to your consciousness; solutions and creativity begin to flow as your mind relaxes into a vast nothingness.

Please be kind to yourself when it is time to pause and re-think your life.

 Much Love

Only You!

Energy is the electricity of life; without energy and enthusiasm you are nowhere; so make sure you connect with your natural talents and passion.

Everything that you have ever attained, you have attained yourself, through your own energy and passion. Even an expert thief expends energy; believe it or not, bank robbers can be passionate!

Look for people and activities that raise your energy and passion. Don’t ever wait for someone else to pick you up from the floor; get up again and again, after each fall!

Energy is never lost; every time you meditate and each moment that you work on your personal growth, you are actually growing. Meditating is better than not meditating at all. Start with where you are right now, and expend energy to rise higher; it doesn’t matter whether your mind approves of it or not; just get out of your head and do it!

God Speed

Just Imagine

Image

My Dear Friend;

Life has its ebbs and flows; all of life pulses in cycles—youth and old age, poverty and wealth, employment and unemployment, loneliness and love, day and night, rest and activity….

In your life, there will be lull periods right before a storm of activity. If you find yourself in a lull period, idling between active chapters, purposely take time to image the better, more expansive life to come.

Thinking, planning, and imagining are not the same as wasting time. If you cannot imagine a certain life, you cannot have it; every human endeavor is first triggered by imagination and visualization. Even as you engage in your next project, fall asleep each night and wake up each morning imagining in detail what your life to come looks like.

When you haven’t yet constructed your new life, it may seem far- fetched to take the first step towards it. The first step is the hardest to take mostly because of fear and doubt which dissolve willpower. Know that action is a very necessary ingredient of manifesting reality. First you must imagine it, then, you must take the very first step to construct reality out of your imaginings.

Muster all your willpower and courage; look straight ahead, not to the left nor to the right; look straight at the target. Exhale fear and doubt out of your lungs and keep your sight on your heavenly target.

Say to the fearful ego, this may kill you but at least I will die on the path to my cherished life!

Now, go out and make magic!

Flight of the Phoenix

Dear Friends;

Everything in life changes from moment to moment; in fact, change is a constant law of nature. Given this, healthy individuals do some housecleaning of their lives every three to five years.

Housecleaning means that every three to five years we have to reappraise where we stand; are the old goals still relevant? Which goals have we reached? What is stopping us from reaching other goals? How are we self-sabotaging ourselves? Do we resist joy and success due to unconscious feelings of unworthiness? What kind of a person do we want to be in three years or five years? What do we have to do to have the life that we desire?

You will notice that people work at four different levels of competence:

  1.  Incompetence: At this level, most of your colleagues are more successful and competent than you. You are dissatisfied with your life and lack of success is harming your sense of self-worth.
  2.  Adequacy: At this level, you and your work colleagues are working wheels in a great big machine (corporation or organization); all of you know your daily tasks & responsibilities, and you basically just show up each day for a lifetime, receive your paychecks until you retire.
  3. Mastery: At this level, you are one of the best at what you do. You have been at it for such a long time, that you can do your job masterfully, blindfolded. You have surpassed the challenge of mastery years ago and have even trained many other apprentices to become masters. But now something is nagging you to take the big leap toward true inspiration but you are so comfortably settled that you do not want to “rock the boat.” You are beginning to rust from inside out.
  4. Flight of the Phoenix: This is the big leap toward inspiration; doing something that you are uniquely created to do. This task matches your unique talents and passions and this work becomes play; you lose track of time while engaged in this activity. Inspiration and ingenuity flow right through you, everyday.

I hope that all of you will walk through mastery and fly with the Phoenix. The Phoenix is your inspired Soul waiting to Self-actualize through a life that you were meant to live.

 Many Blessings

View your Horizons

Dear Friend;

Look around among family members and friends and you will see that the vast majority have involved themselves in circumstances that have nothing to do with the type of life that they wished for. People often make decisions and fall into a trap of consequences which are later very hard to undo.Be careful to view the wider implications of any decision you are about to make. Once you commit to an action or a project, it is already too late to disengage from the immediate consequences, details, and hassles that follow.Wise people look through and beyond decisions before they make them. This is not the same as being non-committal; it simply means that you view your decisions and involvements from various angles to see whether engagement in a particular project or activity fits into your ideal life.

Before forging on with any project, it is wise to first take your time to understand yourself, the type of life you wish for, your priorities,  what truly inspires you, what brings you happiness, and contentment. If you are young and do not yet know yourself, be wise, take your time, even take some time off from the rat race to find your unique direction.

Remember, once you commit to any direction, you have no choice but to swim in the current of daily responsibilities and consequences that follow.

 Much Love
